Section A - General Product Info

  • PRE-ORDERS
    • If you order any pre-orders alongside in-stock items, everything will be shipped once I receive the pre-ordered items.
    • You are free to message me on the status of the pre-orders or check my twitter for updates! (I will do my best to update frequently)
      • Estimate for Pre-Orders:
        • TBD
  • ACRYLIC CHARMS
    • Most of my charms come with a protective film on them and may look "scratched" (you are free to peel them off or keep them on to extend their life!)
    • Final product may look slightly different from preview/pre-order images and may not be 1:1 (ex: slight color differences/accessory/etc.)
  • Option for Product Deals
    • If there is an option to choose multiple in one option (ex: 3 for $20), please write which ones you would like (ex: photocards - Sunday, Aventurine, Robin) in the checkout notes thanks! Otherwise I will have to hunt you down LOL.
  • GROUP ORDERS
    • Please contact me first before opening GO thank you!

Section B - Terms & Conditions

  • SHIPPING
    • Shipping currently available for the Canada+Singapore only! (Shipped from Canada) and come with tracking (except standard lettermail)
      • I do not have enough experience to confidently ship to other countries, sorry! (nor do I want you to pay insanely high fees!)
      • Shipping unavailable to the EU/USA, I apologize!
      • If you are from any another country and are interested, please contact me and I will check if I will be able to ship to your country!
    • I generally ship orders within a week of receiving the order but if it is something you would like me to ship right away, please contact me right away and I will do my best to accommodate! (And depends on my workload)
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for any additional costs or delays due to customs.
  • (FAQ) Shipping materials:
    • Smaller items (ex: Charms) are sent in 6x7” bubble mailers.
    • Paper goods (Photocards, Mini Prints) are sent in rigid mailers/cardboard mailers.
    • Stickers by themselves will be sent via standard lettermail (no tracking).
    • I generally do not use boxes unless your order won't fit in the bubble mailers!
  • REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
    • Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please triple check that you ordered the right items!
    • In the case that I send a faulty/wrong item, please send a picture/video + describe the problem (within 30 days of recieving the order) and I will be happy to send a new one free of charge! (As long as there is stock available or refund you accordingly)
    • Please send your inquiry to [email protected] with the email subject as so: Faulty/Wrong item (Order #_______)
  • MISSING ITEM(S)
    • Please understand that once I send the package off, I am no longer responsible for them. Please contact your local post office before reaching out to me!
    • If your shipment doesn't come within the estimated time, there may be around a week delay (in my experience 😥) 
    • Please note that Holiday season shipments tend to be massively delayed!

  • CONVENTION SEASON
    • I occasionally go to conventions and will not be able to ship orders in a timely manner during these times. (Busy with con prep/not home)
    • I often update my twitter handle if there is a convention I am tabling at but I will do my best to update on my carrd and/or on the store page!
